Certified Survey Map (CSM): Is used as a minor subdivision of land to create up to four parcels of land within a time limit.
Subdivision Plats: Used in the creation of a number of lots in a residential, commercial or industrial development.
Condominium Plat: The plat that is required as part of documentation in development of a condominium.
As-Built Survey: A survey locating improvements that can show recorded easements and location of improvements in relationship to the exterior boundaries.
ALTA/ACSM Survey: Survey performed in accordance with the standards set by the American Land Title Associates (ALTA) and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping (ACSM).
Topographic Survey: A detailed map that normally shows natural terrain along with existing buildings, utilities, and roads. A topographic map can be developed from field measurements or from aerial photogrametry.
Assessors Plats: Completed when in the judgment of the governing body having jurisdiction, the description of one or more parcels of land cannot be made sufficiently certain and accurate for the purposes of assessment.
Remonumentation of Public Land: Resetting monuments at the Section corners originally set by the initial Government division into Sections.
Construction Surveys: Setting the location of buildings and used for construction, construction stakes for erosion control designs, site grading, sanitary sewer main extensions, water main extensions, roadway subgrade, curb and gutter, storm sewer main extensions and asphalt/concrete pavement.
Monitoring Survey: Analysis of structure movement during critical events such as high water, train movement, or during construction.
