We’ve been very fortunate to have a busy 2021 including a few local bridge replacement projects!
The CTH H over Mill Creek bridge replacement project located just northeast of Dodgeville, WI was constructed this year. The existing 5-span bridge was replaced with a 3-span concrete hunched slab bridge that is over 160-ft in length. The bridge also has an extra wide deck to accommodate bicycle races that are common in this beautiful portion of southwestern Wisconsin.
The CTH B over Bear Creek bridge replacement project located north of Lone Rock, WI was constructed this year. The aging, existing bridge on timber abutments and piles was at the end of its useful life and need to be replaced. This new 3-span concrete flat slab bridge is over 70-ft in length.
The CTH W over Pine Creek bridge replacement project located west of Baraboo, WI was constructed this year. This new 3-span concrete flat slab bridge is over 70-ft in length. It replaces an old 3-span bridge with timber piers and abutments.
